A deposit of 1 nights stay will be charged to the credit card on file the day you make the reservation. This is fully refundable if the reservation is canceled at least 7 days before the scheduled arrival date. If a guest cancels within 7 days prior to their reservation, the deposit will be kept. Children under 12 years of age can not be accommodated. Parking is extremely limited. Please include a request in the notes of your reservation for a parking space. All guests must be 21 years old or older to check-in. If under 21 years of age guest must be accompanied by an adult over 21 years of age. If arriving after 18:00, please contact Venice Beach House before 18:00 to make arrangements. Cardholder must be present upon check-in with valid identification, or all previous payment will be void and refunded.Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. This property does not accommodate bachelor(ette) or similar parties. A deposit may be required at the property.
