    Lovely house, home from home. Perfect walking distance to centre of York,comfy bed , everything you need in a house, cosy warm, free parking, 2nd time stayed there

    Beautiful place close to the town centre

    The property, was comfortably and easy to walk into town centre took about 7-10mins from the house. The rooms where all lovely and I’m a big book person so all the books around the house was a nice touch

    The kids didn’t like the dolls in the room or the rocking house they were slightly frightened of them.

    Comfortable character house, close to town and with permit parking.

    The location was excellent - in a quiet street and easy walking distance to the town centre

    It was great to have an outside area at the back of the house especially in the hot weather, but the table and chairs needed a very good clean and the garden area a tidy up. It let down the very well-presented house.
