    It was quirky and comfortable and a bit different in a good way. There was everything we needed for a short stay. Parking was easy.

    Google maps showed the property next door which is a similarly named bnb so was a little confusing.

    A comfortable base to explore the area. Well equipped with all necessities provided.

    The property was spacious and the kitchen was well equipped. The condiments and tea and coffee making provisions were a welcoming touch. Having a washing machine available was very helpful. The train station was within walking distance.

    Parking was an issue. The only parking available was on the street. It was very busy. If we weren't "home" by 4pm it was almost impossible to find a park. This meant we were very reluctant to leave and head out for the evening. There was really only a fish and chips shop within easy walking distance. The town centre was a short drive away, rather than a walk, due to the hilly terrain.
