Tres bon séjour
Nous avons passé une nuit. Calme et confortable, avec la petite terrasse pour le petit déjeuner, c’était parfait.

Beautiful stay in Yerevan
We had a wonderful stay at The View Apartments in Yerevan. The apartment was absolutely perfect – modern, spacious, comfortable, and very well equipped. The highlight was definitely the fantastic terrace with a small pool and an amazing view over the city. A perfect place to relax and enjoy Yerevan from above! The elevator goes up to the 11th floor, and from there you just need to walk up a few more steps to reach the apartment, which was no problem at all. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this apartment. The beautiful terrace and breathtaking view made it truly special!

Stunning location and terrace
The pictures don’t really do the place justice, especially the huge outdoor bath on the terrace and the stunning views of the city and Mount Ararat. The apartment was very clean, spacious and well-equipped, in a great, central location close to all the main sights.
I got there at the agreed time to find the cleaners still there, bags lying around, plates of half-eaten food on the table etc. I honestly thought I’d accidentally walked into the wrong apartment. It meant I had to wait around somewhat awkwardly for an hour for them to finish off, when I was really tired after a long day’s travelling and just wanted to relax. Then the cleaner just left without saying anything and I wasn’t even sure if she’d finished or was coming back. On the final day before I was due to leave, the owner was messaging me about payment which felt quite pressuring and meant I had to change my plans to come back to the apartment to pay him. I would have preferred more clarity on this, for example to pay on arrival so that after that I could forget about it. The bed was not the most comfortable I’ve slept in and the mattress quite hard. I understand this place is mainly aimed at groups, but would be good to have at least one room with a double bed instead of all small singles.
