  relax e vista piramidi

  un bel soggiorno con vista piramidi. letti comodi, stanza ampia e confortevole. abbiamo apprezzato molto la doccia spaziosa e pulita. personale qualificato e professionale. colazione dolce e salata a buffet. non abbiamo usufruito della piscina poiché era a pagamento. è andato tutto bene. escursioni organizzate tramite l'hotel con autisti che parlavano inglese. abbiamo apprezzato tutto.

  🇮🇹 Non potrei essere più entusiasta dell'esperienza vissuta in questa struttura! L'hotel gode di una posizione strategica e affascinante: sorge lungo una strada viva, vibrante e dal sapore tipicamente tradizionale, ma l'organizzazione della struttura è semplicemente geniale. Essendo situato agli ultimi piani del palazzo e dotato di un isolamento acustico davvero notevole, varcata la soglia ci si ritrova immersi in una bolla di totale tranquillità, completamente riparati dal caos e dal traffico cittadino. La terrazza è un sogno ad occhi aperti: idilliaca, suggestiva e con una vista sulle Piramidi da togliere il fiato, sia mentre si fa colazione con la luce del mattino, sia di notte sotto le stelle. A completare questo angolo di relax c'è anche una piscina molto carina: pur non essendo gigantesca, è estremamente accogliente e fa esattamente il suo dovere quando si vuole staccare la spina e rilassarsi. Le camere sono impeccabili: spaziose, profumatissime e con uno standard di pulizia altissimo. Il servizio in camera è attivo a tutte le ore e c’è la massima libertà di portare alimenti o bevande dall'esterno grazie alla presenza del frigorifero in stanza, un dettaglio per nulla scontato e utilissimo. Un punto di forza enorme è anche la comodità nell'organizzazione del viaggio: la struttura offre tantissime experiences e attività prenotabili direttamente con loro. È stato un vantaggio inestimabile, che ha reso il soggiorno fluido, rilassante e privo di qualsiasi stress organizzativo. Ma la vera anima di questo posto e la mia parte preferita in assoluto è lo staff. Sono completamente estasiata dal modo in cui hanno fatto sentire me e i miei ospiti: persone genuine, trasparenti e di un cuore immenso, che ci hanno fatti sentire coccolati come a casa dal primo all'ultimo istante.

  We made our reservation through Booking.com, just as we did for the other three hotels during our trip to Egypt, where we experienced no issues whatsoever. Unfortunately, this hotel cancelled our reservation at the last minute without providing any valid explanation. This was our very first hotel in Egypt, and as visitors arriving in a new country, we were left in a very stressful and disappointing situation right from the beginning of our trip. Having a confirmed reservation cancelled unexpectedly at the last minute is unacceptable, especially when you are travelling in a foreign country and relying on your accommodation arrangements. This experience left us feeling seriously let down and made a very poor first impression of our stay in Egypt. I would strongly advise future guests to be cautious when making a reservation here.

  I couldn't be more thrilled with my experience at this hotel! The hotel enjoys a fascinating and strategic location: it is situated along a lively, vibrant, and traditionally bustling street, yet the property manages to completely isolate you from the outside noise. Because it occupies the top floors of the building and features remarkable soundproofing, stepping inside feels like entering a bubble of total tranquility, completely sheltered from the city's traffic. The terrace is an absolute dream: idyllic, atmospheric, and with a breathtaking view of the Pyramids—whether you're enjoying breakfast in the morning light or relaxing under the stars at night. To complete this corner of relaxation, there is also a very nice swimming pool; while not huge, it is extremely cozy and hits the spot when you want to unwind. The rooms are spotless, wonderfully fragrant, and spacious. Room service is available around the clock, and you have the great convenience of bringing in your own food and drinks thanks to the in-room refrigerator—a detail that is far from standard and extremely useful. Another massive plus is how seamlessly the hotel handles experiences and activities. They offer a wide range of excursions and tours directly through the property, which is incredibly convenient and takes away all the stress and complication of organizing everything on your own. However, the true soul of this place—and my absolute favorite part—is the staff. I am completely blown away by how they made me and my guests feel at home. They are genuine, big-hearted people. A special thank you goes to Mario, who assisted us from the moment we booked until our departure, doing everything possible to make our stay unforgettable. And a huge shout-out to Nour, Walid, and the rest of the team, who were always available for any request.

  Great value for money

  Very nice view of the pyramids. Amazing bakery just opposite the hotel. Breakfast was good & enough. Staff was very helpful as well. Thx Hosham at reception and Mahmoud at the bar for giving the extra touch
