    Nice place clean welcoming great views

    Location and sea view

    Room quite small no room for cases / clothes etc breakfast was quite small. The whole property had a food smell in all areas,parking is a nightmare near the property (not their fault but still annoying when you have to drive around the town for an hour and still have a half mile walk to the hotel from available parking)

    Great View!

    The location & view from 2nd floor. The breakfast was excellent, the honesty bar & staff.

    The shower took a long time to heat up, but was was a great shower once it did!

    Clean and tidy

    No one was there to check us in. We had to rely on another guest to phone to them also no one there to check us out and ask how our stay was not very professional
