La vista es excepcional. Se puede ver el atardecer. El departamento es muy cómodo y acogedor. Muy recomendable.

Eine schöne Wohnung in der Nähe des Strandes, jedoch vielen Baustellen und schlechtet Anbindung in die Stadt.
Die Wohnung ist sehr geräumig und hat eine gute Ausstattung. Die Betten sind bequem und es ist ausreichend Platz für die Garderobe vorhanden. Die Aussicht vom Balkon ist sehr schön. Die Küche ist auch mit guten Geräten ausgestattet. Es gibt einen Wäscheständer und dass es eine Waschmaschine gibt ist sehr gut.
Die Lage ist recht ungünstig. Der Strand ist zwar in der Nähe und dort gibt es auch einige Restaurants, aber die Anbindung in die Stadt ist nicht gut. Eigentlich geht es nur mit einem Taxi/Uber einigermaßen gut. Zudem wir überall um das Haus herum intensiv gebaut. Alles ist voll mit Bauarbeitern und es ist entsprechend laut und schmutzig. Einige Sachen in der Wohnung: - Es riecht häufig mach Abfluss - Es gibt in den Bädern fast keine Haken zum Aufhängen der Handtücher - Das Wasser aus dem Hahn ist so chlorhaltig, dass wir es nicht mal zum Kochen benutzen wollten. - Für einen längeren Aufenthalt sind nicht ausreichend Spültabs, Klopapier, etc. vorhanden. - Die Wohnung ist extrem hellhörig.
