Excellent in all aspects.
The view is a lovely property, compact with everything you could need. Wayne was an excellent host - very attentive and accommodating. His full English breakfast was also excellent!

Comfortable, quiet room
Wayne was a friendly, informative host who's led an interesting life. The room has a kitchenette equipped with the basics to make a simple breakfast or eat a takeway. Very good breakfast cooked by Wayne according to personal preference. A nicely presented, comfortable and spacious room, including more hanging and storage space than I expected.
The room became very warm during the day, although a fan helped to make it more pleasant. (Probably the weather was unusually sunny for Northern Ireland!) There were a few unfinished edges to the decor. The TV didn't work when I stayed. It's not so easy to find the entrance, as there's no sign outside.

Everything! The hosts are so willing to help, the room was well equipped and quiet, the breakfast delicious!
