  Not satisfied. Beautiful house but you can do better

  The house is beautiful

  1. Fistly we had to call and wait 15min for caretaker to bring the key, she finally came looking unproffessional with a towel on only. She decided to take a shower exactly after 3pm as I arranged☹️ 2. The house looked dirty and needs to be fumigated every now and then for cockroaches especially in the kitchen 3. The pool was dirty, I asked several times for assistance they promised but nothing happened. We never swimmed🥵 4. The gas was very low for stove use 5. The geyser was off and when it was finally on the water was coming out in drips. We never had a satisfied bath time the entire stay☹️ 6. The amount paid vs the service recieved doesnt match my friends and I were not happy 7. The 4 sharing bunk beds not safe. My friend fell at night and hit hard on concrete. We had to get her to hospital

  40 Acres stay

  Astonishing place... beautiful scenery and great service. Really enjoyed our stay, worth every penny and made great memories with family. Couldn't have asked for better.

  They were some minor issues with the water but other than that we had a fantastic time. We went without water for almost 3 hours.

  It was fair!!

  The property is really nice and worth the money!!

  The caretakers was after our money aftet we paid so much money for the place. He continued to ask us money just to connect jacuzzi for us. The water was never hot but mild temperature. But the cleaning lady is really nice but the guy nooooooo, he is after money and scam people for his side hustle. He even said we broke the image(portrait ( luckily we had taken pictures upon arrival but the picture was like that

  The place was nothing short of amazing, so clean & perfect.

  The location was perfect and far from other houses which makes it feel like you're the only ones around. Isaac was so helpful and ready to assist whenever we needed help with anything. The best thing about the place was the beds, the best bed that i've slept on in my entire existence. The way the house is decorated is soooo morden and breathtaking. The main bedroom is to die for! I can go back any day.

  We had a beautiful stay except for the minor things we encountered

  The people is beautiful, main bedroom is the star of the show

  The property has only 2 bathrooms one at the main bedroom and one to share and that seemed to be a problem for us We also struggled with hot water and the Oven i think because of the off grid issues
