Lovely staff, good place to stay to explore mount lavinia and visit the beach. Generous breakfast. Security was made a priority for the hotel Hotel was quiet and clean. Drinking water available 24/7.

The location appeared less safe than other places we stayed in Colombo. There was a lot of early morning noise from neighbourhood.

We enjoyed our stay at the Villa In Lavinia. Very clean, comfortable, and in a convenient location

Everything was great, including the breakfast, although there could be a selection of dishes over a day to day basis

I would never ever go there again and regret paying for this place and will make me sure not to recomend it to anyone .

I didn’t like anything at all

Very bad smell and the receptionist was drunk when we arrived. One of the worst experienced I ever had
