VILLA ROSA, APTO SEM CAFÉ TRAZ CUSTO BENEFÍCIO
Ficamos em um apto com cozinha separado do predio principal. Com maior privacidade. Boa localização, para chegar à praia somente uma leve caminhada de 5minutos. Optamos por hospedagem sem café da manhã, a diferença do valor compensou muito para comermos em diferentes lugares pela região.
O café da manhã poderia ter mais opções. No primeiro dia de hospedagem optamos por acordarmos mais tarde e tomarmos café ali mesmo, por um valor adicional de 220rands por pessoa.

Die Lage war super und in Kapstadt Unternehmungen zu starten. Da man ohnehin am Besten alles mit UBER macht ist die leichte Entfernung vom Zentrum kein Problem. Im Gegenteil, sie bietet sogar viel Sicherheit. Die Villa liegt in Seapoint und ist 10 Minuten zu Fuß vom Strand dort entfernt. Mit dem UBER sind es bis zu V&A Waterfront ebenfalls keine 10 Minuten (je nach Verkehr). Das Personal ist unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit.

Le petit dejeuner est excellent. la chambre et la maison sont très jolies, ambience old victorian house près de la mer et à proximité des restaurants dans un quartier safe et agréable.

Lugar práctico en Sea Point
Que podías ir andando al centro de Sea Point, donde hay restaurantes y supermercado.
Creo que debería hacerse una mejora, en especial las puertas ya que no emcajaban bien al cerrarse.
