    Très bon accueil de la part d'Alison ! Merci pour ses conseils de visites. Chambre cosy et confortable. Le petit-déjeuner est excellent. Un micro-ondes est mis à disposition pour réchauffer un repas. Accès facile. Proche de la M74.

    Enjoyed it very much.

    Plenty of parking. The room was spacious and very clean. Breakfast was excellent with fruit salad and melon as well as cereals and a good cooked breakfast. Dinner is sadly no longer available. Alison is very friendly and remembered I had stayed there before. I wouldn't hesitate to go again.

    Great little place which had a nice rural feel yet was just a hop off the motorway.

    Cosy room which warmed up quickly when the radiator was tweaked. Lovely breakfast. Host was very accommodating about my change of arrival time. The atmosphere was friendly and relaxed. I personally loved the sound of trains passing but others may not.

    Car park at the back was a bit rough. Some areas of it may have been better to park in than others but it was difficult to see when I arrived as after dark.

    Heerlijke plek.

    The village inn is een hele fijne plek. We werden met de hond allerhartelijkst ontvangen door Alison. Leuke tip gekregen om heerlijk te eten, we voelden ons erg welkom. De kamer is comfortabel en heel schoon. Ondanks dat de snelweg en het spoor dichtbij zijn hoor je daar in de kamer niets van. We hebben heerlijk geslapen. Het ontbijt is ook goed, vers gemaakt en ruim voldoende. Voor herhaling vatbaar!
