    All other staff apart from the person in the cafe were happy, friendly and helpful. Room was great.

    One particular staff member does not provide good customer service at The Spin Cafe. I have encountered her on a couple of other occasions. She always appears to have a attitude. My daughter and I thought we would buy some cake to take back to our room to enjoy on the Saturday night 17th. We were served by a cheerful friendly young man. We asked him if we could have the plate covered as we were going to consumme it in our room. He said of course and covered the plate. As my daughter was handed the plate by him and we went to walk away, the girl asked my daughter to show her our room key card.to prove we were staying in the hotel. I found this rude and unnecessary. This person has no customer skills and always appears unhappy with a sour face and attitude.

    The place was clean. The pool is fine. The food was overpriced.

    It was in a good position close to the strand

    The room it only had 2 double beds for an executive room that was so disappointed. Had to pay $15 a day for valet parking. Broke soap holder. Team just ignored the sign we put on the door.
