    Exceptional hospitality, incredible Kashmiri food, and a truly memorable stay. Highly recommended!

    One of the best hotels in Srinagar! Exceptional customer service, genuinely warm Kashmiri hospitality, comfortable rooms, and beautiful Dal Lake views. The authentic Kashmiri Wazwan was absolutely outstanding and a must-try. The staff went above and beyond to make my stay memorable. Although I had to cut my trip short, I thoroughly enjoyed every moment and would definitely return!

    Nothing to complain about. My only regret was having to cut my trip short, as I would have loved to stay longer!

    I hope to return some day!

    This was my second stay here. My last night in town upon return from Pahalgam and before leaving for Delhi. I was welcomed with great warmth. And my two little suggestions in the previous review were taken care of!!!

    Not summing up now. I still have one more night’s stay booked there

    Excellent breakfast! The kitchen serves delicious food.

    These are just some suggestions, not complaints: I was surprised that there was no apple in the fruit platter. The hotel might also want to include some local bread from the traditional bakeries.

    If you are visiting Srinagar, Kashmir it is a great place to stay.

    The staff was excellent. The manager Javaid Ji was great and went out of his way to assist. All of the staff were very nice and helpful.

    A little expensive for India but still a good value.
