    Worst nightmare and a scam. Dont think about it.

    I booked the property for the location but the host was VERY VERY BAD that I cancelled my stay and they refused to refund

    Everything. Starting from the poor communication prior to check-in and when I arrived there was no proper communication on the entrance location or the check-in process mind you I was 30 minutes early to the check-in time which was at 4pm. (Most hotels would check you in after 3pm). When the “allowed” me to drop in the baggage the cleaning lady informed me she needs at least an hour to finish which will be at 4:30. When I contacted them, they said they had a “maintenance issue” that delayed the check-in which I was not informed of prior to my arrival. They added me in a WhatsApp group with 8 property managers and none had the time to text at least, or respond quickly, or answer my call. Of course they refused to refund my money. I booked it to experience something different other than a hotel and I regret this deeply. Please save your money and time and go somewhere else as I’m shocked how is this even listed on booking.com!!
