    Clean, comfortable and great location if you want to be close to central Derby.

    Parking and location was fantastic

    The front door to the block of apartments was accessible to anyone as it didn’t lock properly. The heating in the property is not adequate for the space of the apartment as it always felt cold. I had too keep my bedroom door closed and another oil heater on for the bedroom to feel warm enough.
