    Satisfied

    It is a guest room of a family household. The room is clean,quiet and comfortable. The owner is very helpful, always responds promptly.

    It is a bit far from the city center. 12 minutes on foot from the train station, from where another 20 minutes to go Manhattan.

    The owner was incredibly helpful and communicative, the location was convenient and helped recover from my flight. The bed was comfy and the room had a good atmosphere. The cat was so cute as well. Excellent experience.

    Nothing was wrong, though it may not be suited for long term stays.

    super logement propre fonctionnel bien organisé, parfait rien à dire, et super pour être proche de l'aéroport quand on est en transit ou de passage je recommande

    je ne recommanderai pas si vous voulez visiter New York sur plusieurs jours, c'est assez loin des activités touristiques

    The room and bathroom are modern and well organized. Very pleasant to have a few snacks, coffee and water in the room. Clear instructions from Johann for the check in. Close to the airport and Jamaica Station.

    We arrived late at night by foot, the neighborhood does not seem very safe, certainly preferable to take a Uber/cab.
