    Comfortable beds. Nice, large outdoor hottub

    I was put in a pet friendly room, I am allergic to dogs. They could not give me another room.

    Good price, clean and friendly atmosphere, great location.

    I did not participate in breakfast. The location was convenient for my travel to Sault Ste. Marie.

    Parking was difficult. With the restaurant, bar and people staying in the hotel it was difficult for me who was staying in the hotel to find a parking spot. It was unclear what I was supposed to do if there wasn't a spot in the hotel lot.

    Dear People who booked this hotel, DON'T ever make a complaint.

    This was our first stop on our way to TB. That first night it sounded like someone was using a jacuzzi and when that stopped there was a lot of stomping. I complained about this, and I was penalized for doing so. I always get a room on the 5th floor. This time I was stuck in a hell hole on the ground floor. I guess I am not supposed to bring the fact that I was unable to sleep that night to their attention. If I am ever put on the ground floor again, I won't be going there ever again.

    I like to be treated like I mattered, instead I felt like I was not welcome there. I could have been given a room on the 5th floor, like I am accustomed to, instead I was penalized because I am a good citizen, and I have the right to mention the problems that I encountered. The desk staff made me feel like I am homeless person, no smile, no hello, no goodbye. The TV in the room on the ground floor was not even working.
