    I had a wonderful stay at The Waterman during my solo trip to Cambridge for my birthday. The location was great for exploring the city, and it was a lovely base to come back to after a day of sightseeing. I really enjoyed my time in Cambridge, and staying here made the experience even more special. It was the perfect place for a little solo getaway, and I would happily recommend it to anyone visiting the city. The room was lovely and had everything you'd need.

    Dog friendly

    Great location, short walk along river to centre. Very nice staff, nice food, dog friendly room.

    No parking, had to move car about due to parking restrictions. Some road noise at night and no hairdryer in room.

    Good location a short walk across Jesus Green. Easy parking (which is a major plus in Cambridge). Nice pub and beer garden.

    One small window right by the bed, which opened onto busy street. No fan or air con so had to open the window and listen to traffic / passers by for much of the night.

    OK, did the job, wouldn’t book again at that price

    The breakfast was really good

    Unhelpful staff, room not cleaned properly after first night, loud traffic noise, room very small and very hot, bathroom smelt of damp
