    100% perfect

    The apartment was exceptional. It was extremely clean and very spacious. The outdoor space was perfect and the neighboring apartments were very quiet. The welcome 'Cornish Scones' were a lovely gesture from Sue and Mark. It's location to Charlestown was perfect.The harbour is very pretty and quaint and the history of Charlestown is interesting. The beach was lovely and only took 10 minutes to walk to. The walk from Charlestown to Mevagissey was worth it but you need to be fit to walk it as its a hard section of the coastal path. The walk to Par Sands was much easier. It's only a 30 minute drive to Newquay and would highly recommend Fistral Beach South.

    Great apartment and location

    The apartment is very spacious, clean and well equipped. The location is good, easy walk to pubs and restaurants in Charlestown, short drive to supermarkets and good base for exploring the area. I would definitely stay there again.

    The kingsize mattress seemed a bit tired but we still enjoyed a good nights sleep.

    Exceptional property that exceeds expectations.

    This is a well located lovely apartment. If you book this you will not be disappointed.

    Tiny tv in the bedroom (personal preference so not really a negative).
