    At over $400 a night, we didn’t get value for money due to the noise, renovations and the staff could have interacted w

    The pool and gym were very good

    The rooms needed a a bit of attention , such as a paint job. The entry to the bathroom was elevated and going to bathroom room at night was a bit tricky and had to put a towel down so you didn’t stub your toe. In addition there was a lot of noise due to the new building next door. It would have been nice to have been told about the noise and renovations before I booked rather than after.

    We were made aware, after booking but before we arrived, of the construction taking place at the neighbouring hotel. Unfortunately, our apartment (level 8) was at the exact same level as the construction, so the noise was pretty constant. Not so bad during the day but the noise from the site stared around 6:30am every morning.

    Very disappointing

    Good location easy to access lots of restaurants and activities. The lower pool as nice I cannot comment on the upper pool as it was closed

    Value for money we got quite screwed there was a brief message in our email stating that there are nearby construction works “apologies for the inconvenience and thankyou for your understanding” well considering there was construction 20 metres from our bedroom window waking us up at 5AM every morning I would say that was slightly more than an inconvenience but there was no discounted rate or offer for a reduced rate upgrade or anything just suck it up pretty much which when you are paying nearly 3k for a week and you “city view” is just a construction building I’d say that is quite poor form Then you also need to tap you room card to get in and out of the car park, to go up or down the elevator and to get in the building which was getting a tad bit ridiculous There was also no cold water in the room and the bathroom was a bit shabby but other than that it wasn’t that bad the room was acceptable
