    Excellent Stay!

    The Wee Shop is a lovely little flat right in the heart of Inverkip village. It is full of character, very comfortable, cosy and spotlessly clean - we especially loved the shower. Richard (The Host) and the team were very friendly and welcoming. The Marina is stunning as is the walk along the coastal path to Lunderston Bay. The train station is just a few minutes walk away and it is very easy to reach other places.

    Nothing really albeit a little disappointed that there are no dog friendly pubs/restaurants in Inverkip village other than The Wee Pub (Elbow Room), which was nice and the food was good. Unfortunately, the local Sainsburys was also closed for refurbishment at the time of our stay which meant we had to travel outside of the village to pick up fresh milk etc. A microwave would have also been useful.

    Such a great little find in Inverkip. We felt completely at home and wouldn’t hesitate to stay again. Highly recommend!

    We absolutely loved our stay at The Wee Shop and would definitely book again! It’s such a lovely, stylish little place and was incredibly well equipped with everything we could possibly need. There was plenty of space for us, and we loved the little touches like the board games – perfect for a cosy evening in! The location was great too, with shops within easy walking distance, and we were able to self-cater really easily. We found the pricing very reasonable, especially for what you get. Travelling with a young child, this suited us so much better than a hotel – having our own space, kitchen and all the home comforts made the whole trip so much easier and more relaxing. The host was absolutely amazing and couldn’t have done more for us. They were so helpful and attentive and really made sure we had everything we needed.

    Well thought and well furnished property. Very clean and well presented and it's a nice place stay.

    Good location in the centre of a quiet village.

    Instruction on how to use the TV and a wi-fi code rather than having to get from the the router !
