  Clean property and comfortable beds

  It was a flying visit as we just needed a bed for the night. The property was clean and beds were comfortable.

  Terrible so bad we didn't stay out second night

  Everything! we had to book short notice due to a last minute cancellation by another property on booking.com so we were not expecting the best had seen reviews about bad stairs and parking. However we arrived to find another family already in the property this was resolved by the owner, but was hassel we didn't need also items in the home were already used as a result. The other family told us about a smell in the property and on entering found that the whole property had an overwhelming smell of cannabis despite the windows all being open due to the heat. Shortly after trying to settle in lots of the neighbours began drinking in the front gardens and street making lots of noise which continued into the early hours of the morning. When we were coming and going from the property they made inappropriate comments to our children. One of our son's has additional needs between the overwhelming smell and noise disturbance and upset from neighbours no one got any sleep! Having to attend a family wedding exhausted! With the warm weather set to continue it became clear this was going to continue. We couldn't have another night of the same so we informed the owner of the issues and that we wouldn't be staying the second night instead staying in a local hotel. A choice we don't usually make due to needing extra space a 25% refund was given for the unused night. Awful stay would not recommend and awful experience with booking.com on both properties and going complaints.

  We enjoyed our stay, as did the grandkids.

  Nice clean property. Everything you needed in it. Small garden was safe for the grandchildren to go into and play.

  Only small problems. Blind in lounge was broken when we got in house and bath panel at bottom keeps falling off.

  Perfect for a quick visit to Gt Yarmouth.

  Driveway. Outside courtyard, nice for a morning coffee. Shower was good. Fan a bonus in this heat.

  If you are very tall the stairs are not for you.
