    Disappointed

    The location for us was perfect as we were attending a function at the Gabba. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

    Day before we arrived we were asked if we would mind changing from the disabled queen apartment and we would be given an upgrade to a king studio. We agreed as we were only staying one night this time. However the ground floor room we were given was terrible with no chair to sit and relax, the outside "courtyard " was a concrete walled area with a view of water tanks next door and sliding doors that were difficult to open and close .... if that was an "upgrade" we are a little nervous about our booking in December..

    Quick walk to Brisbane River

    The lady at reception was amazing, very helpful. Large room, comfy bed

    Was still urine on back of toilet seat. We didnt have anything to do dishes with. No dish liquid or tea towel.
