    Friendly, welcoming staff. When we checked in we unexpectedly had a free room upgrade. we had a full English breakfast, which was lovely.

    Room and location was perfect for a romantic break, we both enjoyed it very much.

    Room was great, lovely size with bath and shower. Breakfast was tasty. Couple of free cans of Korev in the mini bar was a nice touch.

    Parking was insufficient and I noticed some staff were using the limited parking. Although I didn't mind paying for the car park down the road which was quite reasonable it would have been easier to load heavy bags in car if it were on site, not a 5 minute walk away.
