    Friendly and helpful staff, clean and spacious room, amazing shower!

    Some items such as the coffee and iron machines were a bit outdated and were not working properly.

    Convenient, clean, and a very comfortable stay!

    The hotel was conveniently located near Paddington Station (5 minute walk and the sidewalks allow for easy transport of wheeled luggage). It was very comfortable for my elderly mother and I to share a room (twin beds with a small separate kitchenette area). The beds were to our liking (medium firm with soft top padding). The gentlemen staff were very pleasant and helpful. Prices of hotel rooms in London are rather expensive, however I felt that the rate I paid was very reasonable considering the amenities, having two twin beds, and the size of the room. Having a lift (elevator) was paramount given mild accessibility concerns (note that there are still a few stairs in the entry and hallway to contend with). Our room was on the fourth floor and we heard no noise from the street or outdoors (our room was on the backside of Gloucester Terrace).

    While not a fault of the hotel really, we did experience hearing the guests above us walking around. It wasn’t too bad and was short lived. It wouldn’t deter me from staying there again.

    Fab, would recommend

    Amazing location Service was fantastic, staff so friendly and welcoming.

    Would have preferred there to have been a door between the bedroom and lounge area
