Beautiful property and wonderful staff, but room comfort needs improvement
Westbury Palace is an absolutely beautiful property, with stunning gardens, picturesque surroundings and gorgeous interiors. The decor is elegant and thoughtfully done, giving the hotel a lovely, luxurious feel. The staff were genuinely warm, welcoming and attentive. The service was excellent, and everyone was extremely helpful and accommodating throughout our stay. The hospitality was definitely one of the highlights.
Unfortunately, the room comfort did not quite match the beauty of the property. The rooms were relatively small, and the bathrooms had an unpleasant smell, which was disappointing for a hotel of this standard. The Wi-Fi connectivity was also unreliable, which was quite inconvenient. Overall, while the property is undeniably beautiful and the service is wonderful, several basic aspects of guest comfort need improvement, especially considering the price and luxury positioning of the hotel.

the location and it is boutique hotel nice reception area and garden with colonial vibe. provide you with grnad and wow welcome. the bed and linen are so soft quiet and luxuries feel
the standard room is very small for the price you pay.
