    Close to Disney, pretty, clean

    I left something in frig. Went back to room 15 minutes later and the room hasn’t been cleaned but the bottle was gone

    Great property but it fell short on the management side of things.

    Beautiful property. The service staff were exceptional, especially housekeeping.

    We were not made aware (in advance or at checkin) about construction in the unit directly above us from 9 am until 6 pm daily. We’re talking impact drills and power saws. We were told (after two days of settling in) that we could be moved but we had completely unpacked, brought in groceries and made the room our own. It was simply too late. We were never offered any other assistance or true understanding beyond “you can move”. This is supposedly a high end property and feel like we deserved better.

    Amazing!

    Very close to Disneyland, beautiful staff and hotel looks & feels luxurious from the minute you walk in. Heavenly beds are definitely heavenly!

    Beste hotell jeg noen gang har bodd på

    Valgte hotellet pga kort vei til Disneyland. Nydelig bassengområde med jacuzzi. Vennlig betjening. Fikk sjekke inn tidligere uten ekstra kostnad. Fikk sms ved ankomst med mulighet for å chatte med ansatte hvis vi hadde spørsmål. Lekre og luksuriøse omgivelser på hotellet, både ute og inne. Gode senger, sov veldig godt der. Spiste enkel frokost på Blossom kafe, ikke inkludert.
