    Room, staff, amenities were fantastic. Restaurants were horrible.

    Beautiful building. Very comfortable rooms. Lovely staff.

    The food was atrocious! The first evening, we tried the rooftop bar and the menu wasn’t great. But we went downstairs to the main restaurant and ordered a steak and vegetables. The $45 steak was dry and grey and was pretty much a flank steak. Vegetables were soggy. Very expensive for something you would find at a truck stop.

    Great location, clean room, friendly staff.

    The location, the cleanliness of the hotel as well as the room. The staff was friendly, valet was fast. Overall it was not a bad stay.

    The was an issue with room service when we went to order, so we had to call down (not a big deal, but then we did receive something wrong). We called to let them know our fridge was leaking and was not cold, they stated they would send maintenance but no one ever came. The coffee machine was not plugged in, we had to pull the fridge out from the cabinet from the wall to plug the machine in.

    Not worth the price

    Beautiful lobby and great location

    Staff was not detailed in following up with requests I made for the reservation (I requested a crib for my baby). The pillows were lumpy and the bathroom had water damage
