Worst stay in a hotel this year, and I’ve been traveling all year long.

We did not get into the hotel till around 5:00 PM as the rooms were not available. Then the valet didn’t bring up the luggage, I had to go down to get it and waited to follow the luggage cart to our room. This all resulted in us missing the start of the GoOP convention, causing us to have nose bleed seats. When we left to go get in our truck, we got the keys from the valet and the seat was laid down flat in the driver side, tucked away at the end of the entrance under the portico. It was obvious that someone had slept in it overnight.

Late access to room Late valet delivery of luggage Someone wa kept in our truck This was rooms 2532 and 2511
