    Great location, great staff, great restaurant

    The DTW Westin is always a treat. Obviously, the location couldn't be any better. But the staff is also topnotch and we love the restaurant.

    Mediocre for a Marriott property.

    Location at DTW airport is perfect after long international flights.

    For a hotel this pricey I expect superb facilities. My makeup mirror was broken, the hair dryer was cheap, there was no caffeinated coffee in my beverage basket, the charge for the internet at a high end hotel is surprising. Got it free as a Marriott Bonvoy member, but still. Bed is quite hard, good for some, not for me. My room service breakfast was wonderful!

    I enjoyed my overall experience at the hotel, with the exception of the food crumbs.

    I enjoyed a very pleasant evening dinner. Staff, including check-in and wait staff, were very courteous and pleasant. I appreciated the convenience of staying at the airport.

    Food crumbs littered the floor by the bed. It made me wonder what other parts of the hotel, and especially my room, weren't cleaned properly. That dulled my experience.
