I stayed at this hotel and was overcharged
I stayed at this hotel and was overcharged. I have been trying to understand why I was charged more than expected, but unfortunately, no one has responded to my messages through Booking.com or my emails. It is extremely frustrating to be ignored when trying to resolve a billing issue. I expected much better customer service and at least a basic explanation of the charges. Very disappointing experience, especially the complete lack of communication and accountability.

My neice got married at Park Savoy and it was 10 minutes from the Westin, great location as well.
The staff was extremely helpful and polite.
The property was clean and the food was excellent!

A delightful stay!
The location was perfect for a wedding we were attending! The bed was incredibly comfortable and the room was very clean and spacious. While we could hear the elevator from our room it wasn’t disruptive at all. Staff was super friendly (shoutout to Mitchell) couldn’t recommend enough :)
