    Beautiful grounds and beach. The staff was somewhat inconsistent.

    Location, beach, pools, bed, balcony, most food.

    Certain staff seemed irritated while others were delightful. Typically at the Westin the staff goes the extra mile. For example, I called the day prior for a 1 pm check in. They agreed so we came early. Eventually they called us to check in at 2:41. Another example - I woke up sick and asked if someone could heat up soup at 10 am for room service but it was a firm no. The people in the coffee shop seemed frustrated to be working there. The staff at the door, restaurant and bars were always helpful and kind.

    Spectacular Customer Service

    I really enjoyed my time there as solo traveler and I felt really safe at the Westin. Arun was so kind and helped me all throughout my stay! I’ll definitely be back!!

    Wonderful Breakfast!

    Head down for breakfast to see Sanjeeva! He makes THE best omelets, eggs, and always has a smile on his face. It’s refreshing to talk with people in the hospitality industry that take time to inquire your trip and stay.
