    I didnt know there was breakfast no one told us about it. The room was very cl3an and when I asked for clean bedding and towels I got them.

    Not what was expecting for Westin

    Location. I appreciate the manager, Spencer White, for their assistance.

    Uncomfortable room environment that made everything in the room feel damp, from the bedding all the way down to the toilet paper. The breakfast and dinner room service was delivered to my room in to go boxes versus being served with plates and silverware. The refrigerator didn't work and was leaking water.
