    Enjoyed the stay but was disappointed at the lack of dining facilities which was not reflected in the room cost.

    Position and nice room.

    Restaurant was undergoing renovations which was disappointing as there had been no advance notice.

    Disappointing Stay and Lack of Transparency

    Location

    Disappointing experience. We did not receive the room we booked and paid for, and the hotel refused to honor our reservation as confirmed. The hotel was also undergoing renovations, which were not disclosed in advance. In addition, we were charged an extra amount at checkout beyond the final price confirmed by Booking.com, which was not mentioned anywhere in our reservation. Overall, a disappointing lack of transparency and not the experience we expected from a Westin.
