A establishment, true nature and standard of practice really shows when issues arrive.
The first time I stayed at the property the establishment showed good care of their customers especially when there was a mild earthquake shaking the building they calmly but swiftly proceeded to guide all customers to leave. The 19th floor where the paid were breakfast is being served and usher them to go downstairs where it's safer. upon my second return the hotel caught a mild fire on the 4th floor in a mess of seeing smoke. They averted all customers to safely leave the building or remain in the lobby. All while accommodating people who have been staying there for multiple days like myself and those who were trying to check in.
Although the hotel had issues, some preventable and some unseen, they handled it with the kind of professionalism, respect and urgency like I expect. When I pay the price I did to stay there three times. I will go back for a fourth stay and I'd like to add after they've handled the fire situation that they had, they refunded my money for my final night stay... This is all we as people who work hard spend money to travel. As for when paying the prices that are requested to stay in hotels such as this one more hotels need to take suit and learn from Westin player Bonita

Everything, we celebrated our 46th wedding Anniversary, we where really enjoyed our stay, we have recommended it to all our friends here in Panamá and back home in the US ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

I'll definitely come back and stay longer.
Great amenities and options for families or for a romantic escape. Not too crowded but I guess it was kind of low season. Nevertheless, a good place for a weekend break. Good mix of restaurants and bars, and the staff was very friendly.
Nothing to complain about really. Perhaps some chitras (little biting flies), not sure what can be done but a little annoying when the sun goes down.
