Nice beds and room but some problems
Broken elevator. All three coffee urns out when asked to have coffee filled up at Starbucks near the coffees because it was Starbucks they refused. Key card for room did not work. Had to get another card after waiting longer with one elevator working..

Convenient location, beautiful rooms and food was good.
The front desk staff and 2 maintenance guys were phenomenal all weekend. The banquet staff was not with the exception of the bartender, Shanta. She was nice and professional. I believe his name was Javi (taller, bigger man) he was not as responsive to our needs during the wedding setup and the reception. During the reception, there was an older AA lady, she was very rude to a guest when he came back to buffet line. The hotel ran out of the preferred beer before dinner was served. I have attended and been apart of several events held at the Westin and this was by far the worst experiences.
