    Everything was great except for the camera issue

    The staff is very helpful and attentive. The bar tender and waitress and LG restraunt manager Awsem was Awesome. Very attentive to details. Room very spacious over looking pool, facilities fabulous, Spa fantastic, Italian restraunt is the best on the property, The bar lounge magnificent.

    While on the beach my wife was taking pictures with her camera and one of the managers told her that she could not take photos with her camera, if she wanted she could take pictures with her phone. But of course photos from a phone does not have the quality that a camera provides.

    Une grande déception je m’attendais à mieux d’un Westin.

    Le spa était fantastique et l’hôtel en soi très bien

    Il y a eu des gros couacs niveau de l’hygiène au restaurant et du room service en 2 jours ce n’est pas possible alors que l’hôtel n’est pas un full capacité de commettre autant d’erreurs. Il y a un gros potentiel mais une organisation catastrophique et un manque de conscience du personnel.
