    Could be better.

    The staff was very friendly. That is about all I can say.

    The noise from A/C was a constant issue, the toilet just about overflowed several times, there was never any ice on the floor we were on. I ordered room service on the first night and the food was at best ok. Not the best and was missing food on my Cuban. House keeping did an ok job of cleaning, however where coffee pot is stored under TV, they never cleaned it or restocked anything.

    Great location but with nice staff.

    The hotel is beautiful. The staff was very nice. It was in a great location to attend concert at Raymond James Stadium.

    The bathroom shower was very hard to turn on, the bathroom was not clean as it should have been, there was a used towel left in the shower.
