Walking distance to the centre of Woking. Did the job for a one night stay

Near Woking, useful place to stay. Connected to a pub and you can cope without a car.

A bit basic, straightforward room, no frills. Pillows were hard. No oat milk or Soya

    disgusted.

    nothing.

drove 4 hours to get to hotel. to find tv in room was broken on arrival so room had not been checked properly for next guests and went reception and was told nothing she can do till following day..no wifi in the room and was told she can not understand it as i was near the main hub but no wifi at all in the room but go outside and it was on,go back in the room and it went off..not once did she come and check out my complaints just said what do i expect her to do about it and also said if not happy she will give me a refund and i can go to another hotel....so guess what we did,yes got a refund and moved hotel which cost a extra £60 but well worth it. How can a hotel advertising free wifi, room with a tv expect people to pay the same money when your not getting that as who nowadays would book that room which was room 3 by the way ...there is not a chance in hell that whoever has stayed in that room has not made a complaint about the internet..also last rant ,was also told could not move me to another room as fully booked which was a outright lie as went on booking .com and could easily book a room for same day......have stayed there before and it was fine but she obviously got out of bred the wrong side that day but not impressed at all with her customer service and bad attitude as her problem solving was getting me to find another hotel,,,,,never to return..oh and i was polite with her ..

    Pleasant stay in Woking

Close to the town centre, had everything one might need for a short stay. If I had needed to spend more time in the room I suppose I would have liked a bigger room but as I was out all day and only returned to the room to shower a sleep it worked out very well.
