    Schöner Aufenthalt, tolles Frühstücksbuvett, sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Wunderschöner Ausblick auf Loch Lochy.

    Wunderschöne Lage am See. Extrem freundliches Personal. Es wurde sogar extra ein Geburtstagskuchen gebacken, für eine mitreisende Person.

    Beautiful location

    Staff were lovely, room was nice with a lovely big bath in bathroom. Food at dinner very tasty but sides were very over priced (pot of raita £4 and one poppadom £3) views, location and atmosphere were all amazing and breakfast was fab.

    Bed would have been nice but loud screaching metal spring or slat with any movement was unexpected and plastic lined mattress protector made us sweat like crazy in the night.

    Unbelievably outstanding

    We stayed there for about 4 nights, and it was without question the best stay we have ever had in all of the UK. A helpful young man from the reception kept answering all my calls and questions before i even booked( sadly i forgot his name maybe it’s Rufeen or something he’ll have to excuse me). He even gave me taxi numbers and other information. Everything was perfect when we checked in the view from the room os exceptional and they have floor heating and the nicest staff who go beyond the standards to help you. One very kind waiter was Neil who even gave me his own tripod to help me take a timelapse with my phone. The food was second to none and the chef knew exactly what he was cooking.

    Maybe the daily cleaning of rooms although they did clean but one day wasn’t the best clean before we told the receptionist who asked the team to clean the room again.
