October 13th 2026 White Hart St Austell
The communication on arrival was excellent. The staff members were all amazing. The food was outstanding & the speed of service was a credit to your establishment.
Our bedroom floor was extremely uneven (putting it mildly). We only had one towel between the two of us. The shower height adjustment pole was barely attached to the wall. Whilst adjusting the shower head height, the pole it slides on, came out of the bottom bracket. Whilst my partner was showering, it was discovered that the shower waste was blocked & nearly overflowed.

A very wel located hotel that enables you to have great access to Cornwall attractions
It was a comfortable place with a handy carpark
The many stairs to our room. My fault as I shouldn’t have booked a room on the second floor when there was no lift
