    "Absolutely loved my stay at White House Villa! The location was stunning, and the view from the terrace was truly mesmerizing. The owner and staff were incredibly helpful, going above and beyond to make our stay unforgettable. They even provided amazing services like arranging tours to tourist areas, grocery shopping, and even set up a doctor's visit for my mother when she fell ill. The hospitality was top-notch, making it the best place I've stayed at. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable experience!" 🌟🏠

    Loved the place

    The property was beautiful and clean. Staff were super friendly and cooperative. The property is in really beautiful location with great view of Kathmandu city.

    The staff is incredibly intrusive. The facilities are nice, but unfinished as of March 2024.

    The house is nice, kitchen is big. It’s a good distance from the city Center for a weekend getaway. The view from the rooftop is quite nice and we were able to sleep 11 people very comfortably. The rating would have been much higher if not for the ridiculously intrusive on site staff. If management corrects this it will be a big improvement.

    We had some major issues with the staff. Even worse, at 8am the day of checkout, they tried to enter the house to begin cleaning. When they found it locked they PRIED OPEN one of our groups windows on the ground floor, pulled the blinds aside, and woke them up to be let in. They proceeded to go upstairs and make themselves breakfast in the kitchen and make phone calls in our space. They even had the nerve to ask us to leave early so they could work. I had to kick them out and lock the door. Absolutely disgusting service. Even before then there were issues, when we arrived they were still in the house cleaning and prepping for over an hour. The woman working there left the fridge full of her own food and didn’t fully clean the kitchen. We had to ask her to remove her food and personal items which was very weird. The man working there stayed around the house (inside the house) without our knowledge until 7pm. We had to ask him to leave and lock him out. The property is definitely unfinished, some rooms unfurnished and the pool still under construction. I think it’ll be very nice once complete, but that should be much more clearly advertised.
