    If you have business in Yate or Chipping, this is a perfect place to stay for a few nights.

    Location was excellent and the value for the room was also excellent. I wasn't looking for 5 star luxury, I simply wanted a warm, dry, clean and comfortable room for the weekend whilst I was attending an event nearby. The room more than met my needs and the Italian Restaurant downstairs was also very good (far better than the one I also dined at in Chipping Sodbury).

    I got exactly what I was expecting so I have literally nothing to complain about.

    Nice place but I need my sleep as I’m up at 6.15am everyday

    Clean

    I know it’s not the hotels fault but the neighbouring room was really loud on there phones early hrs of the morning. Plus last night 2 fire alarms woke me up. The last one was 3.50am. Really struggled get back asleep after. Plus I assume it was the staff speaking to the next room again at 4.10am about the alarm going off. Think they thought he was smoking in the room.
