    It feels like I paid $350 to sleep in the basement. No natural light.

    The Room was very large but underground.

    Arrival is at the car park where the door is locked and you have to walk up the hill and around the large building to enter the lobby. The Hotel should provide a code for arriving guests so they can enter. The bedroom was completely underground with a bricked light well, not a sliver of natural light.

    Lovely, clean, modern room - lovely hotel!

    Although the Wick looks nothing like a hotel on the outside (it was once a soap making factory), the room was beautifully decorated , clean and modern. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful.

    We were taken aback a bit when we saw the outside but pleasantly surprised by the inside.
