    Good location but scant on comfort

    Breakfast was OK. The bathroom was just about adequate although the shower was not up to much, hot water seemed to be all or nothing over the weekend.

    A large but not very comfortable bed, no room for a stick of furniture. The room had french doors but no windows, so not much good for ventilation. Just a strange set up not much to my liking unfortunately.

    B & B met all our needs. Would have felt very different if not for friendly host!

    Great breakfast, very friendly and helpful host, and everything needed for comfort. Rooms were warm and had all the basics needed.

    A bit taken aback at the sparseness of the building itself, the photograph gives the impression of staying in a room in a big traditional-style building but this isn't the case. You need to read through the reviews to realise that the rooms are actually in an annexe.

    Good central location stay in Ryde

    Good breakfast, small but clean room, very quiet at night, lovely helpful staff. Good central location close to bus stop (though up hill)

    Room a bit smallish, but ok.
