    Staff very welcoming & pleasant, with comfy rooms. Just when relaxing & wanting to watch TV wi-fi

    They don't serve Breakfast, which can be a great addition to services added. When on vacation / holiday, we look forward to having breakfast at the venue we stay at before going out.

    The Internet / Wi-Fi connection was very poor at most times and we keep losing signal. Technology in todays life is very important and when that does not work, it can be very frustrating.

    Friendly staff, quite place, clean and beautiful rooms. We now have a place that we will always use when going to vacation on Port Edward. Lastly that place is close to Wild Coast Sun where children play games and there are even activities for older people.

    Electricity was sometimes going off, but I understand it wasn't their fault it was eskom. Hot water getting finished so fast on bathrooms.
