Lovely old building repurposed as excellent accommodation.
It is located one street back from George St, which has some excellent restaurants. Allocated parking for each apartment. Generous en suite with washing machine. Small kitchenette with enough room and equipment to cook a decent meal. High quality tea/coffee. Big smart TV. Stayed quite warm with a small heater, in spite of lowish overnight temperatures.
Wifi was slow and dropped out a few times, but wifi isn't really necessary in this age of mobile phones.

Nice and convenient
Easy access, comfortable bed
Reasonably appointed but just a bed and bathroom really - no aspect or a place to sit down and relax
