Deplorable, no lift from start to finish and no alternative or compensation
The whole experience was deplorable. We are pensioners and arrived to a penthouse with a lift that was out of commission. There was absolutely no sign of repair
The whole experience. It was shocking from the minute we arrived and there was no working lift.

Poor
The lift doesn’t work and it is a penthouse apartment. You’ll be told it has just occurred and being fixed however cleaning staff confirmed it has been broken for months.
