    Lovely hotel in a great location and parking for an additional cost a bonus

    Location was excellent for walking into the centre, everything really close by. Friendly staff, lovely clean room and priced well. Excellent base.

    We found being located at the front of the hotel to be slightly noisy but only due its central location. We asked if we could be moved to the back of the hotel and the staff were very accommodating with our request and we found this much better.

    Quaint stay

    Very quaint place. Really feel like you're in an English cottage rather than a hotel.

    Old building so no lifts and getting up and down stairs is a bit cramped. Also it's a bit far from the station but not too bad of a walk.

    Friendly, Clean but no elevator🤨

    It was very clean, Good location, friendly helpful service

    We were promised a bottom floor. There was NO elevator . We were given an upstairs room. Upstairs was two flights up. We weren’t helped with our numerous suitcases. Narrow hall to get up the stairs. We wouldn’t stay here again because there was no elevator.
